Your rules for booking and cancelling. Changes apply to bookings made after you save.

Free cancellation

Dancers can cancel for free until

hours before the class

0 to 168 hours. 0 means until the class starts.

Booked with a pass and cancelled in time: the class goes back on the pass. Later, it counts as a class used.
Single classes are never refunded when a dancer cancels, only when you cancel the class.

Example: a class on Tuesday at 18:30 can be cancelled for free until Tuesday 06:30.

Dancers can book up to

weeks ahead

1 to 12 weeks.

Show free spots

Shows “Only 3 left” when 5 or fewer spots are free. “Full” always shows.
